Capital Ghost is a Washington, DC-based indie rock band composed of Tres Thomas (guitar + vox; left), Brodie Ruland (drums; center), and Jeff Brigman (bass; right).  Although we started playing music togther in 2011, it was not until Fall 2012 that the band really started to take shape.  We seek to create music that is heavily weighted toward dance punk, but that also reflects our past experiences playing in post punk, hardcore, and soul bands.  The result is a rich, guitar driven sound with hints of eighties new wave that we hope causes people to tear up the dance floor.  We are currently in the studio recording our debut record, which will be released in spring 2013.  Stay tuned...
